Your investment will be secured by a first mortgage on the property, and the loan-to-value ratio will not exceed 70%! We close every transaction with a title company, and we will be responsible for the title search, title insurance, and property hazard insurance! Upon your request, we will also provide appraisals based on the before-renovation value and after-renovation value of the property.
Your investment earns up to a 10% interest rate for a 15-year term with a 5-year ballon! You receive your interest-only payments monthly. We ask a minimum investment of $25,000.
